Regi Vaji specializes in manufacturing plastic liners for durian export boxes. All products are manufactured to meet food safety standards and export requirements. Product specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, particularly if we believe the customer has violated these terms.
All orders are subject to acceptance by Regi Vaji. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders. Payment terms will be specified in individual quotations. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date.
Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.
We warrant that our products will conform to agreed specifications at the time of delivery. Any defects must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Our liability is limited to replacement of defective products or refund of the purchase price.
We do not warrant that our products will meet your specific requirements beyond the agreed specifications.
Delivery dates are estimates only. We are not liable for delays in delivery. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier or pickup by the customer.
In no event shall Regi Vaji be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific products giving rise to the claim.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Regi Vaji and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without written permission.
We respect the confidentiality of customer information, including product specifications and business requirements. We will not disclose such information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Penang, Malaysia.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
